Like most modern day women I’m pro-active in being healthy, but I don’t want to eat salad at every given opportunity, although I do love salad. As I don’t get much time in the mornings to have a leisurely, healthy breakfast I decided to try the latest trend, the chia pudding.
This recipe is simply made from flavours that I like, no rules followed! Mix it up to suit your tastebuds 🙂
– 3 tbsp chia seeds
– 1/4 cup organic coconut milk
– 2 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
– 1 drop organic vanilla extract
– 2 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then transfer into a jar so you can eat on the go. I top mine with ground flaxseeds for an extra protein hit.
