It’s Monday, the mornings are getting darker and your energy is low. You need a boost but before you reach for that second, third or fourth cup of coffee why not try pumping your system will the good stuff, micro-nutrients. Monday morning juice:
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 pear
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 thumb sized piece of ginger
- 4 pieces of cucumber
- 1 scoop of dried wheatgrass powder
